Potion created the brand identity for Enterprise Mobility Forum and then designed and developed the website and emailers used to drive their campaign. Potion designed the numerical methods and processes to match attendees in meetings and to create the master meeting schedule, created the event signage and even developed the code to drive the clock displays. To complete the circle Potion edited the post-even video, which was, appropriately, shot entirely on smart phones.

The Enterprise Mobility Forum event was the first of its kind in South Africa, and brought together leading global players in enterprise mobility for a two day event in Cape Town.
