Theme my FLOSS

FLOSS is an acronym for Free/Libre Open Source Software.  The “Libre” means free, as in feedom (Mandela), and not necessarily free, as in gratis (beer) (though it often is).  WordPress, Joomla and Drupal come to mind.    Chances are good that you’ve had a website runnning one of these apps for years, but now it’s time to take your business online too.   There are literally thousands of great business applications; bulk emailers, shopping cart, support ticketing, or perhaps something a little more specialised, like real-estate or stock photography, chances are it’s FLOSS too.  The problem is that theming may not be a strong feature of the software, and where it is supported, it’s probable that you won’t find a ready-made theme to perfectly match your company’s corporate- or brand identity.

…visitors to your website should be presented with the same look, feel, layout and navigation when moving between different web applications…

Potion writes themes and templates.  From scratch, if required.  For almost any web application.  If it uses open browser standards like CSS, HTML and Javascript we can make it fit, snugly conforming  to your company’s Corporate Web Identity.  We’re handy at the back-end too, and can help with seam-removal, for unified client authentication and functional data flow between your web apps and back to your business back-office systems.
